Today the bank tells me that I have to settle the balance owing on my first car before they can give me finance for the new one....
There goes my hopes of being mobile again - I was so excited when I got the approval and according to the dealership, I was a done deal. I there I was shopping around for insurance and in the end I got the best one, only to be told that I will no longer be getting the car.
I wish the ombudsman can speed up this process - am so tired of being at their mercy........
